Making Fresh Fruit Smoothies

With the choice of strawberry, banana, kiwi, pineapple, blueberry, melon, and mango, the concoction possibilities were incredible. Students took turns creating combinations that we blended with a little bit of milk. And those willing, sampled a variety of fresh fruit smoothie mixes. This is something we hope to do it again in the classroom when more are present because the first time was a tasty and healthy success!






Try making your own fruit smoothies at home!
 You can use a little yogurt too if you'd like and mix any fruits you have available!
